Launch Support for Coaches

A program director in your corner while you get your coaching business off the ground.

Building a coaching practice is its own kind of career transition

You got certified. You believe in the work. But turning that into a sustainable business? That’s a whole different skill set — and it can feel overwhelming to figure it out on your own.

I’ve been there. I built my own coaching program from scratch, navigating everything from pricing and legal setup to finding my first clients and learning how to talk about my work without feeling salesy. I know what works, what’s a waste of time, and where new coaches tend to get stuck.

This program is for coaches who want ongoing accountability and guidance as they build their practice — so you can launch with clarity and confidence instead of spinning your wheels.

Who this is for:

  • A newly certified coach (or almost there) who’s ready to start building your practice

  • Feeling overwhelmed by the business side — pricing, marketing, finding clients

  • Wanting structure and accountability so you’re not doing this alone

  • Looking for guidance from someone who’s recently done exactly what you’re trying to do

What We’ll Work On: Six Months. From foundations to first clients.

Months 1-2: Foundations (weekly sessions)
We start with the building blocks — clarifying your niche and ideal client, setting up your pricing structure, getting your business logistics in place (licensing, payment platforms, contracts), and dialing in your website and messaging. Weekly sessions keep momentum going when there are a a lot of decisions to make.

Months 3-4: Client Acquisition (biweekly sessions)
Once the foundation is solid, we shift to getting clients. We’ll work on your outreach strategy, networking, how to talk about what you do, and building your online presence. Biweekly sessions give you time to execute between our conversations.

Months 5-6: Launch Support (biweekly sessions)
By this point, you should be having discovery calls and taking on your first clients. These sessions become a sounding board — troubleshooting what’s working, navigating your first clients relationships, and adjusting your approach as you learn.

Throughout all six months, you’ll have email support between sessions for the quick questions that come up in real time — the “is this pricing right?” and “how should I respond to this inquiry?” moments.

Why Ginny

I’m not teaching this from a textbook. I built my coaching practice from the ground up — figuring out pricing, legal setup, website messaging, outreach strategy, and how to land clients — all on my own.

I’m an ICF-accredited Certified Career Management Coach with more than a decade of experience in leadership development at Georgetown University, NASA, and the nonprofit sector. I’ve coached emerging leaders, designed program,s and facilitated workshops. And I know what it feels like to believe deeply in the work you do while still feeling unsure about how to turn it into a business.

Think of this as having a program director in your corner — someone who’s a few steps ahead on the same path and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
